The Young Romans are a pop/indie duo from Los Angeles California. The two main members are Brad Hooks and Sari Mellafe.
In 2010 they were signed to producer Jim Roach's label Red Parade Music and released their first EP "Yesterday Night." Over the next two years the two worked in the studio with Jim further developing their sound until they were ready to release their first record "Tiger Child."
In 2012, for the release of Tiger Child, they were featured as iTunes "Free Download of the Week" - a high honor in music - gaining the band over 100,000 downloads of their single "Tiger Child" and almost instant world-wide notoriety. That same week their second single "Where You Go" was featured as the end credits song in the Ewan McGregor / Emily Blunt film Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, yet again putting the band on the world stage.
